Covid-19 Charter

If you have been to stay with us before, you’ll notice that we have had to make some changes in our rooms and across the property to help keep you and our team safe.

We have removed all non-essential items from room such as cushions, bed runners, leaflets and our guest information guides – this information will be available digitally for you to peruse.  The toiletries provided in the bathroom have had the bottles sanitised, please do not removed them from the room.  Teas & Coffees are single use and there will be a small jug of milk in your room fridge.  The hairdryers provided in the guest bedrooms have been cleaned on the outside but they cannot be efficiently sanitised internally.   We recommend that you bring your own hairdryer with you.  If you do choose to use ours, you do so at your own risk.

Your room will have been thoroughly sanitized ahead of your arrival and sealed by our housekeeping supervisor to ensure no-one enters between sanitization and your arrival.

Please note that rooms will no longer be serviced each day throughout your stay unless you ask us to do this at a pre-arranged time when you are out and about. Fresh towels and provisions will be left in a sealed bag outside of your room each day. If you choose to have your room serviced during your stay, please contact us to arrange a suitable time when you will be out.

We have provided hand sanitising points throughout the building for guest use.

If there are times when we need access to your room during your stay to carry out essential maintenance and social distancing cannot be maintained, we’ll ask you to leave and we’ll give you a call when it’s safe to return.
